Formerly a director of BP South-East Asia and Samsung-BP with extensive Joint Venture experience in the Far East based on Chinese Law and the Korean Commercial Code, before developing a practice in Arbitration at the CIETAC tribunal in Beijing.

Currently Vice-Chairman of Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire Strategic Health Authority and Council Member of the Medico-Legal Association.

Advises the voluntary sector on Charity Law and acts as a consultant for Petrochemical Joint Ventures in the PRC.

PETER GIBBS:

Called 1974 Lincoln's Inn

LLB and currently awaiting the result of a MA in Cultural Heritage Studies at the Institute of Archaeology.

Formerly head of Enfield Chambers for several years becoming involved in Judicial Review work particularly in the field of Housing Benefit, the practice extending to Disciplinary and Employment Tribunals, Magistrates, Coroners and County Courts, the High Court and the Court of Appeal.

Practising in Real, Personal and Intellectual Property, Partnerships, Trusts, Unincorporated Bodies, Inheritance and Receivership and in the law appertaining to archaeology, on land and in the sea, with a particular interest in the law relating to human remains and the return of cultural heritage. Accepts public access work for museums and archaelogical organisations and advises on the law relating to all heritage matters.

Fluent in French and Polish

Licensed for Direct Access.

Mr Kwiatkowski has successfully conducted Direct Access cases in the High Court.

Practising in Personal Injury Law, Business and Consumer Contracts, Employment and Discrimination Law, Land Law, Private International Law and Professional Negligence with particular experience of litigation involving the motor trade.
