Currently Vice-Chairman of Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire Strategic Health Authority and Council Member of the Medico-Legal Association.
Advises the voluntary sector on Charity Law and acts as a consultant for Petrochemical Joint Ventures in the PRC.
LLB and currently awaiting the result of a MA in Cultural Heritage Studies at the Institute of Archaeology.
Formerly head of Enfield Chambers for several years becoming involved in Judicial Review work particularly in the field of Housing Benefit, the practice extending to Disciplinary and Employment Tribunals, Magistrates, Coroners and County Courts, the High Court and the Court of Appeal.
Practising in Real, Personal and Intellectual Property, Partnerships, Trusts, Unincorporated Bodies, Inheritance and Receivership and in the law appertaining to archaeology, on land and in the sea, with a particular interest in the law relating to human remains and the return of cultural heritage. Accepts public access work for museums and archaelogical organisations and advises on the law relating to all heritage matters.
